Tony Seaton, Blue Sky Corporate Finance recently presented on Business and Financial Planning to local SME’s as part of the Carillion – Wolverhampton Building Schools for the future programme of seminars.

The event, organised by the West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence, emphasied the importance of having a business plan and financial records fit for purpose, both internally and for Third Parties in these difficult economic conditions.

Tony has nearly 30 years of accountancy experience, including the last 15 years  in corporate finance. He specialises in working with SME’s at management level to understand their financial issues and provides solutions. Tony has extensive experience of working with all of the regions banks, venture capitalists and Business Link in raising finance, mentoring, acquisitions and disposals within the SME market
