Blue Sky Help Local Businesses Wrap Up Their Winter Finance

Blue Sky Corporate Finance, recently hosted a seminar at Wolverhampton Science Park aimed at small to medium sized businesses from the Black Country who wish to understand the selection of finance currently available to them and the requirements and issues related to securing it.  In addition to Blue Sky, the following organisations also presented: fellow Chamber Member, Black Country Reinvestment Society, Santander Corporate Banking; and Midven. The seminar was attended by representatives of manufacturing businesses, lawyers and bankers from the Black Country area.  Each of the speakers discussed different areas of finance currently available, ranging from bank and similar loans to Venture Capital and Business Angel funding.

Tony Seaton, Blue Sky Associate Director for the Black Country stated “We’ve already had a number of enquiries from companies wanting to understand the alternative sources of finance currently available in the Black Country.  Unfortunately a lot of companies are missing out as they are not aware of the full range of financial solutions available to them, having previously only used their banks.

This seminar has enabled us, in conjunction with our business partners, to demonstrate that, even in this difficult time for borrowing, by seeking advice from the right sources there are still numerous ways of finding the right finance for your business.”
